    Occupational Therapist

    Jasmine is an occupational therapist with over 11 years of experience in an NHS rehabilitation department. She specialises in the functional rehabilitation of acute injuries, fatigue management, persistent pain, and work-related support. Jasmine continues to work part-time for the NHS and has recently undertaken a course in cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia. She has a passion for empowering people to maximise their function through activity modification and rehab.

    Rehab Practitioner and Class Teacher

    Hayley has worked in musculoskeletal rehabilitation for over 27-years. Her experience is in providing tailored one-to-one treatment sessions, group classes, daily living aids, and community exercise. Hayley is particularly interested conservative treatments, alternative therapy, and wellness support. She has delivered educational sessions people with persistent pain, osteoarthritis, long COVID, and acute injuries.

    - Qualified Tai Chi, with extensive experience in delivering this form of exercise to those with persistent pain, chronic conditions and fatigue.
